Carvacrol is an isomer of thymol, similar in aroma to thymol, so it is also called isothymol. Carvonol is found naturally in essential oils such as thyme oil, and is particularly high in thyme oil from Spain. Carvonol is mainly used in Chemicalbook to make dill, butyric, mint and vanilla flavors, used in toothpaste, dental powder, oral products, talcum powder, soap and daily industrial products. In medicine, it is used as a local anesthetic. In addition, carvonol can kill bacteria and intestinal parasites, and can be used as a disinfectant and fungicide.
